Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant role such as Busser or Food Runner.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, prioritizing details like allergies.
• Assist wait staff with table settings and restocking supplies.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and sanitized.
• Check in with customers for additional orders or water refills.
• Clear dirty dishes and maintain clean work areas.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and relay feedback to management.
