Job summary

SP Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Runner-Busser to deliver food from the kitchen to tables and ensure each guest receives the correct order. Attention to detail, organization, and excellent customer service are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have customer service and on-the-job training experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. We value teamwork, follow all policies, and maintain a positive work atmosphere seven days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math for order accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Ability to obtain a food handler certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables and verify orders.
• Check orders against tickets and restock drinks.
• Prepare coffee, tea and water for customers.
• Maintain clean dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen duties when needed.
• Refill condiments and support beverage delivery.
• Follow company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
