This position is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
The Food Runner/Expo also oversees the organization and cleanliness of the expo line, manages order tickets with precision, and serves as a key point of communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
