Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with guests, employees and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform varied duties to ensure all steps of service are followed.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Support serving staff to meet guest needs promptly.
• Maintain and clean service stations throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
