Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with guests, employees and third parties.

Responsabilités

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Support serving staff, assisting them in ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner and reset tables per location specifications.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and with guests clearly and with good humor.
• Restock service stations and prep areas as needed.
• Perform multiple tasks at once while remaining courteous to guests.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
