This role requires speed, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, confirming plate presentation and helping maintain smooth service flow throughout the restaurant. You will work closely with the expo team and support staff to ensure every order leaves the window correctly and reaches the right table without delay. Food runners also help maintain clean service areas, assist with stocking and resetting, and support overall floor efficiency during busy shifts. This is a fast-moving, team-driven role designed to support both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Food runners play a critical role in keeping service flowing smoothly, maintaining food quality, and ensuring guests enjoy a relaxed, tropical dining experience from the first bite to the last.

• Help maintain clean and stocked service stations throughout the shift
• Support table maintenance by assisting with pre-bussing when neededMaintain awareness of table numbers, sections, and restaurant layout to improve efficiency
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned
