Job Description

Omni Charlottesville Hotel is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to join The Conservatory team at our upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

1. Possess knowledge of fine dining and upscale service standards.
2. Be familiar with all menu offerings.
3. Maintain strong communication skills.
4. Set up stations and stock supplies.
5. Manage ice and linen supplies.
6. Ensure tables are dusted and set with clean linens, china, silverware, and glassware.
7. Keep furniture and floors clean and arranged properly.
8. Assist in bringing food from the kitchen to tables and support servers during meal service.
9. Provide water service and assist with pre-busing plates.
10. Support guest satisfaction through various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Enjoy guest interaction.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess ServSafe Food Handlers and TIPS Alcohol Certification or be willing to obtain them.
