Job summary

Margaritaville Hotel Nashville is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to ensure all serving ware is clean, maintain the window, and match tickets for prompt delivery to tables. You will assist servers, keep stations stocked, and help reset tables between guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and presentation per ticket, communicating with the Chef when adjustments are needed, and upholding hotel safety, sanitation, and service standards. On-site role with weekends/evenings required.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Read and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
• Open Availability. Weekends, Holidays, & Evenings a Must.

Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders promptly and deliver to guests; assist servers.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas; ensure line and stations are organized.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and maintain personal hygiene.
• Attend required meetings and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Complete opening/closing side work and cross-training as assigned.
