Job summary

Happy Does Nashville is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers, reset and stock tables, and maintain a clean dining area. You will help ensure a smooth service flow during busy shifts and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

The position requires basic English, ability to lift and move dining ware, and a positive energy. Prior restaurant experience helps, and ServSafe awareness is a plus. This role is on-site and pays $15 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of teamwork and POS systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to interact with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a loud, busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and support table service as directed.
• Reset and stock tables, silverware, plates, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and server stations.
• Move furniture and station setup before/after shifts.
• Take out trash and ensure proper mise en place.
