Job summary

The Rustick in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Food Runner/Busser to support our dining team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will deliver orders from kitchen to table, clear and reset tables, and assist servers to maintain a smooth, fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Quickly and accurately clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
• Assist servers in providing attentive and prompt service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
