Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive hospitality to restaurant and hotel guests.
• Run food from kitchen to dining room promptly and accurately.
• Assist with expediting food and ensuring presentation quality.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently during service.
• Prepare tables with flatware, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist servers with water service and guest needs.
• Prepare and deliver room service orders as needed.
• Maintain stocked service stations and complete assigned side work.
• Communicate guest requests to servers and leadership.
