Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Key West is seeking a team member to support the restaurant staff by clearing and resetting tables, removing dirty stock, and assisting with table setup. You will help maintain service stations and ensure tools and supplies are ready for service.

You will stock the coffee-to-go area in the lobby, assist servers with pre-bussing and food delivery, and participate in general cleaning to keep the dining area welcoming and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables and remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays.
• Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby and keep it replenished.
• Assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

What You Will Be Doing

• Promptly clear and reset used tables. Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays. Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering.
• Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed. Keep area picked up and clear.
• Promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
