Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the server to consistently deliver a quality experience for guests.
• Prepare food stations and maintain organized and clean guest tables.
• Ensure that food safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Serve food and drink to guests at the direction of the server.
• Clean, clear, and reset tables for arriving guests.
• Act as a connection between front-of-house and back-of-house when necessary.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints, notifying server and manager when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
