Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner AM to join our team at a Wilmington, NC location. You will deliver food orders, ensure proper presentation, and assist servers to guarantee a smooth guest experience.

This part-time AM role offers an engaging work environment, hourly compensation, and growth opportunities within SHG's hospitality-focused culture. A High School diploma and hotel/restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant service role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is presented correctly before serving.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining clean dining areas.
• Familiarize yourself with hotel art and decor to speak about them.
• Promote SHG community and know local spots to recommend.
• Perform side work and assist wait staff as needed.
• Carry out additional duties to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need
• Assists with bussing tables
• Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Be a spokesperson for the Community and be able to know local spots to recommend.
• Complete side work duties
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role
