Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year in hotel/restaurant service.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests per restaurant needs.
• Ensure proper presentation and that guests have what they need.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining station.
• Know the hotel's art and decor to speak about them.
• Be a spokesman for the community and recommend local spots.
• Complete side work and support wait staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need
• Assists with bussing tables
• Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Be a spokesperson for the Community and be able to know local spots to recommend.
• Complete side work duties
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
