Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills preferred (bilingual is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all hot pot ingredients and side dishes are presented correctly.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders.
• Assist servers by refilling water and clearing used plates.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
• Support opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with restocking supplies when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all hot pot ingredients, soup bases, and side dishes are presented correctly
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders and special requests
• Assist servers by refilling water, clearing used plates, and resetting tables
• Help maintain the cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and walkways
• Support opening and closing side work as assigned
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with restocking supplies when needed
