Job summary

Stars and Strikes is hiring a Food Runner to support our Front of House team and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

You will assist with rolling silverware, cleaning areas, and helping servers with drink and food orders, while maintaining friendly, consistent communication with guests and teammates. This is a great entry point with opportunities for growth in the expanding family-owned center across the Southeast, with ongoing training and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front of House by rolling silverware, cleaning tables, chairs, and lanes.
• Assist servers with drink/food orders if needed.

Food Runner

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Stars and Strikes Food Runner you will work with the Front of House team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience by delivering exceptional guest service.

What we’re looking for:

• Guest service experience is a plus
• Ability to display excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front of House team when needed, including rolling silverware and cleaning the tables, chairs, and lanes
• Assist servers with drink/food orders if needed
• Communicate in a friendly and consistent manner with team members and guests
