Job Summary

We are looking for a fast-paced and efficient Food Runner to join our team. You will act as the crucial link between our kitchen, dining room, and takeout customers. Core Responsibilities

• Deliver Food: Carry trays and deliver meals from the kitchen line to the correct guest tables immediately.
• Package Carryout Orders: Accurately assemble, pack, and seal all takeout and delivery orders using proper containers.
• Verify Orders: Check plates and takeout bags against the ticket to ensure total accuracy, correct modifications, and proper presentation.
• Double-Check Accompaniments: Ensure all carryout orders include required utensils, napkins, condiments, and side sauces.
• Support Service: Help servers by refilling water, clearing empty plates (bussing), and resetting tables when needed.
• Stock Stations: Keep the kitchen expo line and takeout packaging stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
