Ruth's Chris in New Orleans is seeking a Food Runner to partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a perfectly timed, beautifully presented dining experience that guests will return for. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality at the highest standard.

You will track cooking times, ensure each plate matches orders, and assist in delivering food to tables with precision.

Qualifications

• Track cooking times and ensure correct degree of doneness on all orders.
• Verify each plate is presented properly and matches what the guest ordered.

Responsibilities

This role and you are the perfect pairing if you can:

• Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it.
• Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience.
• Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience.
