Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking a Food Runner to partner with our servers and kitchen staff to deliver a well-timed, beautifully presented dining experience. You will help ensure each guest receives exactly what they ordered, with attention to plating and presentation.

The role focuses on supporting guest satisfaction and a team-driven environment, offering opportunities for growth within a renowned steakhouse brand.

This role and you are the perfect pairing if you can:

• Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it.
• Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience.
• Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience.
