Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking a friendly Food Runner to join our energetic culinary team. Help ensure guests enjoy fast, accurate service in a vibrant oceanfront setting.

In this role you will support kitchen and dining staff, handle guest inquiries with care, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. The position offers opportunities to learn and grow within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prompt and efficient delivery of food to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for seamless service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness in food service areas and stations.
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed.
• Restock supplies and help manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
• Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Embrace opportunities to learn and grow within the culinary field

Qualifications
