Job summary

Major Food Group, home of Sadelle's, is hiring Food Runners to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. We seek energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

This role offers room to grow within a dynamic company. Responsibilities include delivering meals from kitchen to guests, ensuring orders are correct, coordinating between front and back of house, timing to optimize service, and presenting dishes with care to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Able to handle high-volume dining periods while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests.
• Ensuring food orders are correct before serving to guests.
• Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Timing to optimize the guests dining experience.
• Focusing on presentation of the plates.
