Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a dedicated food service associate to deliver orders, maintain high standards of presentation, and support servers in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure presentation and quality meet Isla Bella standards before serving.
• Assist servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Isla Bella's service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary dining environment.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet Isla Bella Resort standards before serving.
• Assist servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Isla Bella's service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
