Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking diligent dining room staff to deliver orders from kitchen to guests, uphold presentation standards, and assist servers during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet Tranquility Bay Resort standards before serving.
• Assist servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Tranquility Bay’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.
