Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group in Madison, WI is seeking a Food Runner to deliver meals from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately. You will ensure orders meet guest specifications and relay any special requests to kitchen staff.

You will also take and enter to-go orders, package them for transport, and assist in maintaining hospitality standards. Weekend availability is required, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential.

This position is responsible for ensuring each order is prepared to the restaurants and guest’s specifications. The Food Runner is expected to clearly communicate any additional orders or needs the guests may have to cook staff or expeditor (e.g., food allergies). The Food Runner is also responsible for taking and entering to-go orders and packaging them accurately for transport.
