Job summary

Lotus of Siam Red Rock is seeking qualified hospitality candidates to join our team. The role emphasizes coordinating with Chef team for daily kitchen setup, delivering food with clear description to guests, and maintaining up-to-date SNHD Food Handler and TAM cards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a full-service, high-volume setting, strong interpersonal skills, broad food knowledge, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Vast food knowledge.
• Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
