Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort, is seeking a Food Runner to join the vibrant culinary team. You will help deliver meals, coordinate with the kitchen staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and a commitment to hospitality. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
• Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory

Key Responsibilities
