Job summary

Major Food Group is hiring a Food Runner for Sadelle's in Dallas to help deliver food from the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely service. This role supports the front-of-house team and maintains table setups throughout service.

The position requires familiarity with menu items and strong teamwork, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time opportunity at our Dallas location with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a high-volume upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests
• Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service
• Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained
• Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal
• Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned

Major Food Group is hiring Food Runners to join our team at Sadelle's in Dallas!

Sadelle's is a modern ode to New York's classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more! The Dallas location features a grab-and-go cafe, offering a complete experience serving dine-in brunch and dinner, all-day coffee and pastries, as well as to-go items like salads, fish by the pound and a rotisserie chicken meal for four.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner
