Job summary

Boulder Country Club in Colorado is seeking friendly servers to deliver food from the kitchen, present items attractively, and provide outstanding service to members and guests.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with flexible evenings and weekend shifts, 18+ age requirement, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry multiple plates and trays at once.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic knowledge of liquors, beer, and wine.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts a week including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Attention to detail including excellent memory for names and faces.
• Punctual and professional in manner and appearance.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table promptly.
• Ensure that all food items are presented correctly and in a visually appealing manner.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and complete.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent service by greeting members and guests by name.
• Maintain and clean equipment, and keep all areas clean and organized.
• Follow and complete opening and closing checklists for assigned areas including daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Report comments or complaints to a manager on duty as they occur.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage is $16.82.

Physical Demands:
