Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Runner at Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo to join our energetic culinary team. You will help deliver food quickly and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires high energy, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, and you will be trained to uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service.
