Job summary

The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is seeking a team member for its Restaurant team on the AM shift. Crescent Hotels & Resorts offers highly competitive wages, an excellent benefits plan for associates and family, and perks such as free associate meals, parking, and bus passes.

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain station cleanliness.
• Serve guests with beverages and breads; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regular shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
