Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Food Runner to deliver food and beverage orders and support a fast-paced entertainment venue. You will work closely with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed, while learning seasonal promotions and relaying details to guests.

The role emphasizes staying organized, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws. Evening, weekend, and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD RUNNERS DO

Our Food Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experienceMust meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.05 per hour, depending on qualifications.
