Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Part-time Food Runner to support our dynamic bowling centers. You will deliver food and beverages, work with servers and kitchen staff, and help ensure a memorable guest experience.

No prior experience required beyond an interest in hospitality; applicants must be at least 18 and be able to work evenings and weekends. Perks include free bowling, arcade play, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests' food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and swift service.
• Learn our menu, promotions and weekly specials and relay them to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and comply with local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD RUNNERS DO

Our Food Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD RUNNER'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests' food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
