Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Local candidates only.
• Experience in food-service, restaurant, deli, kitchen, convenience-store food, or food-preparation preferred.
• Leadership or management experience in food-service or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and proper food storage practices preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees on equipment and tasks.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and vendor activities.
• Ability to use store computer systems, review reports, and complete counseling documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for meetings and activities.
• English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Food-handler or food-safety certification preferred; willing to obtain required cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store and food-service operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, stocking, inventory, and compliance with Company standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop positive, enthusiastic employees who provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to ensure proper store coverage and operations.
• Monitor inventory, product freshness, waste, expiration dates, and proper storage.
• Ensure food-service equipment is used, cleaned, and maintained properly.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees and supervisors.
