Job Description

The Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and managing food service operations. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations.
  2. Supervise the cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand standards.
  3. Ensure food items are stored safely, organized, and hazard-free.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory following departmental policies.
  5. Delegate tasks to staff as needed.
  6. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  7. Assist managers with employee counseling, timekeeping, and updating contact information.
  8. Train and mentor food service staff.
  9. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  10. Adhere to safety policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with staff via various channels.
