Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food labeling and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of food Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Proficient in knowledge of food processing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Submit labels to the USDA and keep USDA approvals on file.
• Create and update Product Specification Sheets.
• Work with teams to ensure compliance on labeling and packaging.
