You will maintain product specification sheets and support product development across departments. The role also covers updating regulatory databases, supporting co-manufactured and reusable product compliance, and using a WMS and regulatory software to track

Formación

• Experience developing and reviewing product information, labels, and packaging for regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in at least one WMS system and one regulatory software/database.
• Knowledge of federal and state labeling and certification requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review, and approve product information, labels, and packaging materials for regulatory compliance.
• Compile, maintain, and manage regulatory documentation databases supporting new product development.
• Review regulatory documentation including specifications, ingredient statements, nutritional analysis, and certifications.
• Provide manufacturing and technical regulatory support to internal departments.
• Review incoming products and packaging and communicate compliance status.
• Recommend procedural updates in response to regulatory changes.
• Perform administrative and additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates working knowledge in one of the following: incoming products, labeling of internal items, labeling of external items.
• Proficient in at least one WMS system and one regulatory software/database.
