Job summary

HYH America, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Food Regulatory Affairs Specialist to oversee and execute regulatory compliance for our US food and beverage portfolio. This role covers FDA/USDA labeling, FSVP, and third‑party certifications, coordinating with headquarters, US operations, co-packers, and supply chain partners.

This is a full-time on-site position at our Irvine office. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in US regulatory affairs within the food/beverage sector and

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Regulatory Affairs in US food/beverage.
• Strong knowledge of FDA labeling, FSMA, and FSVP.
• Bilingual in English and Korean for liaison with HQ and regulators.
• Experience with third-party certifications (Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Organic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FDA labeling compliance and 21 CFR Part 101.
• Lead FSMA/FSVP supplier verification and FDA inquiries.
• Coordinate certifications such as Organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher/Halal.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Marketing and supply chain teams.
