Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, nutrition, biology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, food manufacturing, or related field.
• Basic understanding of U.S. food labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Genesis software or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance activities related to USDA/FSIS and FDA regulations.
• Review finished product labels, packaging artwork, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, and product claims.
• Assist with USDA/FSIS label approval and submission processes.
• Assist with regulatory reviews for new products, reformulations, ingredient changes, and packaging modifications.
• Research regulatory requirements and communicate findings to Regulatory leadership.
• Create, update, and maintain finished product specifications.
