Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a Receiving/Stock Associate responsible for processing deliveries and maintaining the receiving area in a safe, organized state.

You will stock refrigerated items, break down loads, and notify the team of arrivals while following health and safety procedures. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for extended periods without a break.
• Bend, stoop, and lift loads up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries and verify against invoices.
• Maintain receiving area, backstock and cooler properly.
• Stock refrigerated items and organize designated loads.
• Record transfers, waste, and discrepancies using proper forms.
• Adhere to safety, dress code and lifting guidelines.
• Communicate operations updates to the team and participate in meetings.
