Winland Foods is seeking a Quality Technician to join our Food Quality Team in Kenosha, WI. You will perform inspections, support quality programs, and collaborate with production and sanitation to safeguard product safety and consistency.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and SAP, and the ability to communicate results across teams. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; science degree preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Proficiency in SAP, hand scanners, and basic math.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and advise on minor adjustments to formulas or processes.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and product tests to ensure quality.
• Lead quality checks and participate in audits and reviews.
• Record results in SAP and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with production, sanitation, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOPs.
