Job summary

Search Masters in Wisconsin is partnering with a premier organization to identify a high-caliber Quality Supervisor to lead a team in batching, blending and packaging, overseeing 17 direct reports and ensuring food safety compliance.

You will conduct internal audits, manage QA metrics, and uphold HACCP, GMP and FDA standards across production, with a BS and proven QA supervision experience as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) is required.
• Demonstrated experience in food safety and quality assurance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Leads and Quality Technicians across batching, blending, and packaging operations (17 direct reports).
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
