Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Quality professional to monitor HACCP, SSOPs, and GMP programs across our facility. You’ll perform daily record reviews, conduct sensory evaluations, and support product holds and releases.

You will deliver food safety training, partner with production teams to resolve out-of-spec issues, and perform routine HACCP documentation audits. Relevant FDA knowledge and SAP experience are required; this role requires site presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the packaging or food products industry.
• Prior Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily record reviews to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Perform daily food sensory evaluations.
• Manage quality and food safety production holds and product releases.
• Deliver food safety and food quality training to facility team members.
• Partner with production teams to resolve issues resulting in out-of-specification products or product holds.
• Perform routine audits of HACCP documentation and processes.
• Collect routine microbiological swab samples.
• Perform pre-operational line inspections.
• Provide guidance to QA technicians, team managers, and line leads.
