ManpowerGroup's client, a growing food manufacturing organization in Barron County, WI, seeks a Food Quality Control Supervisor to support production, food safety, and continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance team. Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or quality control; cheese manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Experience supporting FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC, or other food safety audits.
• Leadership experience as a Supervisor or similar role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Microbiology or related field preferred.

• Review quality records, testing results, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and hold-and-release processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

As a Food Quality Control Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team supporting production, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and problem‑solving skills that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Barron County, WI

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 + 5% annual bonus eligibility

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily quality control activities within a food manufacturing facility, ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards.
