Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Food Safety & Quality Supervisor to provide leadership for food safety, sanitation, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards while driving continuous improvement across quality, sanitation, microbiology, and audit readiness programs.
The Senior Food Safety & Quality Supervisor will lead cross-functional initiatives related to HACCP, sanitation, environmental monitoring, food defense, and regulatory compliance while supervising quality personnel and partnering with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure safe, high-quality products.

The successful candidate is a hands-on food safety leader with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment. They possess excellent communication skills, thrive in cross-functional settings, and have a passion for driving food safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates with expertise in microbiology, sanitation, HACCP, audit management, and food processing operations will be especially successful in this role.
This position operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with production, sanitation, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and corporate quality teams. Occasional off-shift support and participation in an on-call leadership rotation may be required to support plant operations, audit readiness, and food safety initiatives.
