Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, QA or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a food manufacturing/quality environment.
• Experience with HACCP, internal auditing, and QMS documentation.
• Experience participating in third-party/regulatory audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the plant's QMS.
• Lead internal audits and assist with regulatory inspections.
• Train staff on quality and food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs).
• Write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and product specs.
• Track and report quality performance indicators to management.
• Assist with customer/consumer complaint investigations and resolutions.
• Maintain client and regulatory relationships and inspections.
