Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our Medley, FL facility. You will support food safety and quality standards, performing product inspections, data recording, GMP/HACCP compliance, and quality checks throughout the plant.

You will collaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to ensure all products meet safety and quality requirements. The role includes a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule, benefits, and full-time employment in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English / Spanish (required).
• HACCP certification (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production and after packaging.
• Record quality data such as temperatures, weights, and defects.
• Perform GMP and HACCP checks and plant walkthroughs.
• Complete quality and safety documentation accurately.
• Identify and report non-conforming products or materials.
