You will implement, verify and document procedures, support audits, and ensure allergen labeling accuracy while maintaining records and pre-op checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0-6 months of related experience expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF/OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SQF, HACCP, GMP, and FDA/USDA guidelines.
• Maintain SQF/HACCP documentation and records.
• Operate lab equipment such as scales and thermometers.
• Assist with internal audits and supplier compliance records.
• Read and interpret manufacturing statements and hold/release decisions.
