Job summary

Luxor Staffing in Texas is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Specialist to help develop and implement safety programs and monitor production for compliance. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of HACCP/GMPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role working with protein food.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
• Experience in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSMA, GFSI, HACCP, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools
