LifeLine Foods, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to perform daily testing, evaluate finished products, and conduct quality checks in a mixed lab/manufacturing setting. You will document results and communicate findings to operations and management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in chemistry, biology or food science or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or food science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in QA/QC laboratory testing and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn lab data systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily evaluation and approval of finished products and process quality checks.
• Conduct basic microbiological testing and ingredient inspections.
• Maintain equipment calibration, troubleshooting and dilution calculations.
• Record test results and communicate findings to operations and management.
• Support clean, safe lab environment and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Perform duties outside stated responsibilities as needed.
